What is your favorite movement? Not something you know you're adequate at, but something you enjoy working on.
What is your least favorite? For some, it may be the same thing as their favorite!

Favorite lifts. All barbell movement for different reasons. The skill and speed of the olympic lifts to the raw power n strength of the power lifts.
Least favorite is snatch. The only reason i chose this as least favorite is because of the frustration of not performing good technique.

Least favorite- dips. I just don't have those muscles YET. Soon... I also don't really like snatch balance. The end.

If we could just snatch from the high hang from here on out that would be great... Thanks.

Interestingly my favorite things to work on are the body weight things such as hand stand pushups, pullups, ring dips, as I guess most of those things I never believed I would get as far as I have and want to continue further with them. Oddly, I hate running but I like working on it as I figure I will get it sooner or later. Least favorite movement-double unders as somedays you got them other days you don't, and running in a WOD as I feel like I am on the slow motion track and everyone else is in fast forward.

After barely making it halfway through Isabel in the 10 min time cap, I would have to say the snatch is what I want to work on the most
