Why? Does it made a difference in your recovery/performance? How so?

Mine's just water. I don't know what all the other dude's are on, but it's certainly not natural.

I have a vegan hydrator in mine as was constantly dehydrated even though I was drinking water, and would get light headed or headaches because of it.

I only ever drink water during a WOD. I don't really like flavored drinks during a workout. I used to do BCAAs, but I never really noticed much of a difference with or without BCAAs and have since cut them out completely.
Outside of the gym is a different story, I ask myself on a daily basis how I could incorporate more powder into my life.

I use the same stuff as mike j about 20 minutes before a workout and just standard whey afterwards. Around last march I did a whole 30 and cut out everything that wasnt food. when the whole 30 ended and I added back all the protien powders, I noticed a lot of improvement immediately. psychological? maybe but if it seems to work why stop?

I have been using l arginine and l orthanine (amino acids). Using them for about six months. I take them at bedtime. These aminos stimulate growth hormone naturally in the body. Results been better sleep, better endurance, strength and muscle definition. Im not ripped by any means but i see and feel a difference.
